Hello -
We recently purchased a license for Jira but I do not see the Filter Result Gadget available to use. Now my dashboard that was working when we were using a trial license is failing for those gadgets that were working. Isn't the Filter Result Gadget part of the gadgets I should see or is this something we need to purchase or add?

Thanks for the reply - I do see 29 gadgets displayed when I load all gadgets. Would some not be displayed if there is a connection / firewall issue?

Do you see gadgets in the list displaying as something like __MSG_gadget.xxx ?
If so, that is mentioned in the first answer on that post, which also provides a link to a KB article that may help you solve the problem.
