Missing scroll down on filter's field selection box.

We have more than 10 issue types.

When in the "advanced" issue filter creation JQL box, there's no scroll bar for the values of fields when the value list is too long. So if the user doesn't know there are more values there, they don't think they aren't. E.g. the terms "V2 CR" and "V2 RR" do not show up on the issuetype choice list. And there's no scroll bar to see them. If they type in "V," JIRA will take them farther down the list, but users are not remembering that.

Is there a way to get a scroll bar there ?

The box will only display the 15 entries. To get to selections that are later in the list you will need to enter the first part of the name. So lets say that it is displaying options A-E, but you want something that starts with a M, then you can just start typing with the M and the options will appear.

or to answer your question, no you can't display scroll bars.
