Missing permission to create Rules in Rovo Studio

I am unable to create Automation Rules and Agents in Rovo Studio. Every time I try, I receive an error message stating that I do not have the required permissions.

I need this permission in order to set up an automation rule for the Jira project ICMOS, where I am a project admin. The rule should automatically evaluate newly created tickets and send out a summary via email on a weekly basis.

Could you please check whether my account has been granted the "Automation creator" role in the Studio settings, and add me to the corresponding user group if necessary?

Welcome to the community.

Here on the portal we can't grant access to instances. This is a public community forum for users of Atlassian product to help each other, but we can't access instances or grant access to instances.

Not even official Atlassian Support will honour such a request.

You will need to contact an admin of the instance or the IT department of the company the instance belongs to.

Since this is the Atlassian Community, we can't verify or change permissions for your account. I'd recommend contacting your Studio app admin or Organization Admin to confirm whether your account has been granted the Automation creator role
