Missing issues in migration from onPrem to Cloud

Hi,

I migrated a project from Jira on Prem to Jira Cloud using the Jira Cloud Migration Assistant. According to the assistant and the post-migration report the migration was completed successfully.

However, none of the issues are visible on the Cloud site. The project is there but none if it's issues. I also checked again after 24h and 36h to account for any possible delay.

Any help is much appreciated.

Hi @Marlene Pacheco 

My recommendation is to remove the project in the Cloud instance and execute the migration again.

If the same occurs, then raise an issue at Atlassian Support.
