I have noticed on the new version of the editor, there is no "preview" comments before submitting as there was in the old version. Also missing is the ability to EDIT a ticket. I have noticed that there are times when the ticket creator may have forgot to enter information in a field that does not show on the view page. There is no way to enter/change that information. The previous version had an "edit" button that allowed you to modify any fields at one time.
Hi @Aaron Tilling what do you mean by "preview"? Comments are added to Jira issue in WYSIWYG editor:
And Edit option is configured using Permission on Company-managed projects. Can you share some screenshots so I can see more and help further?
