Missing cards in Board on Jira Work Management

Hello,

We've been using Jira Work management for a while but I've just noticed something extremely weird. One of my card disappeared.

I have a card called "Webinar Septembre Sapin 2" in the retrospective stage but it's not showing inside the board.

I've double checked a couple times but it doesn't seem to come from the filters... Any idea what might be going on?

Hi Pierre,

It looks like that status is actually a Done type status. So when any issue moves into that category of status, it will disappear from the board after 2 weeks automatically. And that's not something you can change with Jira Work Management projects right now.
