Missing audit log summary

Hi all,

I'm trying to see in Audit Log when a certain project role was created, and by whom. Unfortunately, I couldn't find this summary in the filter. Not sure why it's happening, because I tested the same on another instance, and it shows this summary as normal.

Possibly the other instance could be on another version just to rule out what could be the difference between the two instances.

Yes, they have different versions.

The one with the problem has v8.20.10, the other one is v9.4.2

Is this because of the version?

If yes, do you know other ways to get the info about the roles and issue linkings?

It could quite possibly be the version because when I see something different on one instance than another...I always go back and try to understand what are the differences. Usually, it different version of Jira, apps, or configuration.

In this case, it is likely the version. You might be able to see if you can retrieve additional date by going through the backend audit log files. I'm not aware of any other places besides that.
