Missing Users and Roles

I am super admin but I don't see the Users and Roles task in the project setting.

Is there a setting change?

Are you using Jira Cloud or Server? In the new UI on Jira Cloud Users and roles is now People.

You must be a registered user to add a comment. If you've already registered, sign in. Otherwise, register and sign in.

It’s a cloud.

Look for "people" then.
