Missing Tickets from Jira project

We are unable to find the one of the story tickets and which was not deleted or achieved from one project. Could anyone please help on the ways to recover back the ticket.

You haven't really given the community much to go on. Screenshots might help. Have you tried to "View all issues" and a filter based on keywords?

Do you still remember the link to the issue? If you go to that link, do you get redirected or an error? If you get an error that means that the issue was deleted and then the only way to restore it would be to restore a backup and then recover the issue from there.
