Missing Search Bar

How do I reset the search options in Jira. I am only seeing a URL and not the options for search (see screen shot)

Hi Nancy,

Welcome to Atlassian Community!
Just to make sure that we are on the same page when you go to the search page, you can't edit your own search, is that correct?
If you go to Issues and Filters > Search issues, are you able to search?
Also, when you open a saved filter, if you click on the search bar, it should allow you to edit.
Please, give it a try and let us know how it goes.
