Missing Parent ID and Parent Title Fields in Jira Cloud for Sheets

Hi Team,

When exporting from Jira as a CSV, the export includes the Parent field (CSTB-5697) along with the Parent ID (101802) and Parent Title (epic). However, when using the Jira Cloud for Sheets extension I can’t see fields for Parent ID or Parent Title (name) in the field selection.

I can replicate this using a VLOOKUP, but I’m wondering why the extension doesn’t provide the Parent ID or Parent Title fields directly.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Gary, 

You can try exporting using the Filters menu (on the left) and defining the columns with the desired fields there.

Then you can try to export using the extension.
