Missing Export Capabilities

My team is using the cloud version. None of us can find an export option, or anywhere to add permission for export. I have seen guidance to click on Issues and look to the top right corner. But, I only see "Issues and Filters" and there is no export option in the top right-hand corner.

Found it.

Issues & Filters > All Issues > Advanced Settings

Phew.
