Missing 'Create Branch' option in Jira v8.5.3

BitBucket branches were created using the 'Create Branch' option in Jira which was working fine with no issues until BitBucket server was restarted. Now unable to locate the option or link to create branch in Jira and does anyone know of any fix to this issue?

Hi @Stephaan ,

I think you should start looking in the application logs (both JIRA and Bitbucket), there should some warning or error message that can lead you the issue.

Having that information will be easier to guide you to the resolution.
