Milestone within BigPicture

When I am trying to convert a task to a milestone I receive the attached error message - is this something you could help me understand?

I am afraid that in this case, we have to investigate your instance individually.

Therefore, please, raise a ticket via our Service Desk, providing us with more details (your base URL). This will allow our Dev Team to investigate deeper your instance.
