Migrations Freshservice -> Jira Service Desk

Hi,

We are migrating our servicedesk from Freshservice to Jira Service Desk.

When exporting my tickets from Freshservice they are delivered in a XML format.

Do anyone know if it is possible to import the XMLs directly into Jira Service Desk

The XML would have to be generated by Jira in order to work properly. If you're migrating from another software, you need to use .csv or JSON:

• JIRA Service Desk: Import from other service desk platforms

If this is not possible, I would recommend getting in touch with an Atlassian Partner and discussing your options there.
