Migration to JIRA cloud

Hello,

we are registered client of JIRA Software and we would like to know some details about the migration to JIRA Software Standard with a 10 user license = $750 a year.

Unfortunately the contact pages were no help!

Our questions:

• How do we migrate from our self-hosted JIRA 8.2.3 to JIRA cloud? Do you have any kind of online-support or documentation/video?
• We have to fulfill the german DSGVO / the EU GDPR – what information do you have for us regarding this topic? Can you provide some links regarding this issue?
