Hi Support, since the upgrade we do not see any tickets.

We also having problems with the attached files.

Have you tried to Lock JIRA and rebuild index?

We ended rolling back to the previous version.

If you are in the mood to re-try the upgrade, ensure that a full reindex is perform after the upgrade, probable the lucene cache was corrupt the your first try.
