Migration of Users from Jira Cloud to Jira Server

I am migrating projects from Jira cloud to Jira software (v.8.4.2) Server.

Could you please help me in migrating users and groups from Atlassian Jira cloud to Jira server

Is there any way to migrate all the users and groups from Jira Cloud to Jira Server
