Migration from Cloud Jira project to another Cloud Jira project

Hello Community, 

 

My use case is trying to migrate Project from A to Account B, I found some answers in discussions saying go to Import/Export create backup and export. 

Once it is exported go to B account and import the Zip that is downloaded, which will get all the Project back in B account. 

 

In the above process everything was successful I am able to see project and People etc, when I am trying to load a board I am seeing below screenshot without reason.

All the tickets are created in Account A are not populating and showing above error. 

 

Please let me know what could be the issue.

Welcome to Atlassian Community!

Per your description, I understand you migrated your Jira application data from one site to another, however, a specific board is not being displayed when you try to open it. Is that correct?

In order to further troubleshoot your issue, please provide us with the information below:

  1. Can you confirm if more details of the error are displayed in the development tools of your browser?
  2. Is that problem occurring for other boards on your site? If possible, try to create a new board using the same filter and check if the problem persists.
  3. Can you confirm if you can access the issues that preciously displayed on the board using the issue navigator page?
  4. Is the same error displaying to other users on your site?
  5. Did you change anything in the export file before importing it to the new site? Had you deleted any projects, filters, or any other data?

  1. Is that problem occurring for other boards on your site? If possible, try to create a new board using the same filter and check if the problem persists.-- This is happening for Migrated project ONLY
  2. Can you confirm if you can access the issues that preciously displayed on the board using the issue navigator page?-
    1. - I do not see issues in navigator, but I could see tickets updates in Recent Activity in Dashboard
  3. Is the same error displaying to other users on your site?
    1. Yes
  4. Did you change anything in the export file before importing it to the new site? Had you deleted any projects, filters, or any other data?
    1. No I just did import of backup zip file.
