Migration dashboard not showing projects

I started using JIRA software using one email account and have created an additional project for home improvements as I was so impressed with the system.

I have invited my personal email account to that project but have decided to register for a new product with my personal email address.  I would like to migrate the initial project I created over to my new site under my personal email account.

I have invited both email accounts to view both sites sites separately and also made each user JIRA admin's each sites so there is 2 admin's on both sites.

I have started the Jira Migration (beta) option from the system settings from the project I want to migrate from and the other site under my personal account is visible.

However when I move to the next screen to select the project, no projects are listed.  I have tried this from either site and neither present and projects even though they can see the other sites.

Can anyone suggest what is missing.  Both sites are on JIRA free plans for awareness.

If I understand correctly, you are trying to use the cloud to cloud migration feature to move a project from one cloud site to another.  But from reviewing the accounts you have on these sites, I believe the problem here is that your personal account is not an organization admin on both your source and destination sites. 

Reviewing Prepare sites for a cloud to cloud migration, it explains this is necessary.

To migrate to a site in a different organization, you need to be an organization admin for both the organization that your destination site belongs to and the source site. Learn more about admin permissions

When selecting your destination site, the sites available for you to select from will be based on whether you have the required permissions (as described above) to perform that migration.

I can see that the gmail account is at least a site admin of the oxl*****.atlassian.net site, but that account is not an org admin on the 4l****.atlassian.net site.  I'd recommend trying to follow the steps in Make a user an organization admin when using you other account in order to grant that personal gmail account org admin rights to the organization that 4l**** site is in.  That way the gmail account should then be able to migrate between these two particular sites.

Try that and let me know how it goes.

Thanks for that. I see it in my site as well. I need to give it a go. Given it is beta I would defer to Atlassian Support here.
