Migrating to Oracle 12c from 11

Hi,

I'm upgrading from JIRA 6.4 to JIRA 7 but in order to do that I need to move to Oracle 12c from Oracle 11.

What is the best way to migrate the data from Oracle 11 to 12c?

expdp / impdp

(All native Oracle export / import methods are good for this task)
