Migrating to Jira Cloud from Axosoft OnTime

Hello!  We are in the process of migrating from Axosoft OnTime to Jira Cloud.  Is there a way that we can import the history/activity and comments into Jira from our old system?  We are also wondering about migrating attachments as many of our items/issues rely on them.  Thanks for any input on this.
