Migrating from Trello to Jira

We are in the process of migrating all of our boards from Trello into Jira next-gen projects.
One thing I noticed which I don't find documented is that the last list in the Trello board gets imported into Jira, but none of the cards associated with it does. It also marks this last list, as the 'done' column in Jira.
Is there any way to ensure that all lists get imported properly? My current workaround is to add a list at the end of all the lists in Trello and just name it as 'Done' or whatever, to have that be a filler to prevent losing cards.
Is there a better process?
