I have been trying to figure out how to import data from our Redmine (3.3.0) instance into the current Jira cloud. There is documentation on how to move the data fairly completely, but all of it seems to be out of date, and the plugins at https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1211039/redmine-importers-plugin-for-jim/version-history cannot be installed.
Is CSV my only option now? The data transfer is very incomplete, and I don't want to have to hire high school students or other minions to move the data if there's a better way.
Thanks.

This answer is correct. It is not supported in Cloud.
Atlassian has suggested building a trial installation, porting the data to that, backing it up, restoring it to the cloud (destroying the data in the cloud). That's a great deal of work especially for Jira newbies. Without any reassurance that it will work and not just hit some other hidden obstacle, as this obstacle was hidden, I think we'll take a pass.
Hello,
If you intall Jira and go to cog item -> System -> External Sysytem Import then you will see there a connector to Redmine. You do not have to use the csv import.

Thank you for responding.
It lists only CSV, Trello, and JSON. If you click on "None of these" it provides a CSV upload page. There is no reference to Redmine on the page.
Remember, this is Jira Cloud.

Oh, I did not notice you are on Cloud. I guess, you are right. Only CSV
