Migrating from Google to Office365

I am an org admin for our company's instance in Jira.

We currently use Google biz for our emails, and productivity (such as Google Docs, Sheets, etc.).

There are plans to migrate our tools to Office 365.

 We currently use Google SSO to sign in to Atlassian.

 Is there anything I should be wary of during migration?

Are you going to change the SSO from Google to Microsoft (EntraID)?
