The JRA online documentation provides quite detailed instructions for migration from FogBugz ("on demand") to JIRA Server, and, overall, this seems to be be a well-supported process.
However, the migration from from FogBugz to JIRA Cloud seems to be more cumbersome:Export from FogBugz to CSV, manual mapping of fields, and import into JIRA. Is there an utility/plugin for this that I have missed?
