Migrating a project from one On-Demand instance to another

We currently have two On-Demand instances and would like to migrate select projects (with issues) from one instance to the other. Is it possible? If so, how so?

I have the same basic questions and I would like to do so on an ongoing basis. Also, I am interested in being able to migrate the objects (screens customer fields, etc) and the configuration.
