Migrated team-managed project removed atlassian-addons-project-access permissions

I've migrated a team-managed project to a new instance, and it seems to have lost the atlassian-addons-project-access and because it's a team-managed project.  There doesn't seem to be a way to add back the permissions.  Therefore, slack integrations won't work because the app does not have read access to the project.   Does anyone have any ideas about how to fix this?
