Migrate to Jira OnDemand

I currently have a a Jira instance configured on a server, but want to change over to Jira OnDemand. What is the process to get this done?

I've seen there is a way to import issues into OnDemand, but is there a way to migrate the entire instance to Jira OnDemand (which would include workflows, custom fields, permission schemes, notification schemes, etc...)?
