Hi,
I have tried to migrate from Monday to Jira, first project worked, it imported the tasks and everything.
Second project that was migrated and all the next ones are creating the space, schemes, workflows and everything during the migration procedure it shows that i have x items that will be imported.
Once the migration is done it redirects me to the List in the space and no items appear. i tried clearing filters, refreshing, nothing happens.
The items are not imported. doesn't appear anywhere.
is that a known issue? its one project import?
Currently using Free tier, couldn't find information about any limitations of some sort for the free tier in terms of migration from Monday.
Best regards,
Ben
Hi @Ben Bagdady , unless something has changed, which I doubt, there are no limitations. I expect there is some error specific to the project. At the end of the import attempt there is a log file that you can interrogate. You might create a simple project in Monday and verify it works. You could also retry to import one that was successful just to verify it works. If you can provide more details of the failed import I may be able to provide further insights.
I tried different projects, also created a new project with 3 items, the migration is shown as successful and redirected to the space with no items. no log file was created or that is presented to me.

@Jack Brickey I see there is an active issue related to OAuth access via API
I guess its failing because of that.

I don't know of any open issue. But can you please confirm how you are migrating? Are you using simple CSV import or the APIs? When I indicated they will be a long file I was referring to CSV import.

Hi, @Ben Bagdady
Sounds strange, that one project was migrated and is seen by you, but other are not.
Just a suggestion, that it may be permissions problem.
Have you tried looking at total list of projects here?
https://your-company.atlassian.net/jira/settings/projects/manage
Are your projects there?

@Evgenii Yes, they appear there, but when accessing the information inside the space/project nothing is there in the List nor in the Summary.

Oh, so it was migrated. Then you need to check permission scheme in these projects, that you have "Browse Project" permissions.
If you don't have permissions - you won't see issues.

I tried again today, same procedure, this time it worked. i guess there was something not working well yesterday.
