I have two projects with my school and i want to migrate data and users from a project to another project !

Hi Emanuel, welcome to the Community. There are a lot of posts in the Community that discuss this and I recommend using the search to locate and consume as you might find useful info for your specific case. Also this is a great place to start - compare-cloud-migration-methods 

Finally, if you simply have one or two projects then likely you will want to export the issues to CSV and then likely massage the data using Excel and finally import using the csv file.
