Migrar um projeto free para uma instancia paga ja existente

Preciso migrar 3 projetos que estão na versão free para uma instancia paga ja existente. Tentei fazer de uma free para free e substituiu todos os projetos. Preciso que entre como um novo quadro sem afetar o restante. Tentei tambem na importação normal porém o Jira não reconhece varios campos.

Migrate a free project to an existing paid instance

I need to migrate 3 projects that are in the free version to an existing paid instance. I tried to go from free to free and it replaced all the projects. I need it to enter as a new frame without affecting the rest. I also tried the normal import but Jira does not recognize several fields.

No campo fonte não permite selecionar projetos free.

Olá Adriano,

Nesse ponto da criação do plano, você seleciona o site de origem e o site de destino, e não os projetos individuais que deseja migrar. E permite selecionar um site com assinatura gratuita. Testei essa etapa com meu próprio site Jira, que tem uma assinatura gratuita.

A seleção dos projetos acontece na próxima etapa.

At that point in creating the plan you are selecting the source site and destination site, not the individual projects that you want to migrate. And it does allow selecting a site that is under a Free subscription. I have tested that step with my own Jira site that is under a Free subscription.

Selecting the projects happens in the next step.

In the source field, it does not allow you to select free projects.
