Se esse projeto existir em um site Jira diferente que usa um URL diferente e você não for administrador desse site, não será possível acessar o recurso nativo para copiar o projeto para um site diferente.
Se você ainda tiver acesso aos dados do projeto nesse site, poderá exportar os dados do problema por meio da função Exportar disponível na tela Visualizar todos os problemas e usar a função de importação CSV em seu ambiente para importar os dados. Isso não obterá todas as datas das edições. O histórico de problemas não seria encontrado, nem os Anexos, por exemplo.
Você teria que configurar os mesmos campos personalizados em seu próprio site que foram usados pelo projeto no outro site.
Outra alternativa é aproveitar a API REST do Jira para extrair os dados de outro site e, da mesma forma, usar a API REST para adicionar esses dados ao seu site.

If that project exists under a different Jira site that uses a different URL, and you are not an administrator for that site, then you will not be able to access the native feature to copy the project to a different site.
If you still have access to the project data on that site you could work on exporting the issue data through the Export function available on the View All Issue screen, and using the CSV import function in your environment to import the data. That will not get all the date of the issues. The issue history would not come across, nor would Attachments, for instance.
You would have to set up the same custom fields in your own site that were used by the project in the other site.
Another alternative is to leverage the Jira REST API to extract the data from the other site, and similarly use the REST API to add that data to your site.
Migrate projects between different sites without an administrator account
Guys, I have an almost impossible task but it doesn't hurt to ask for help from the JIRA masters.
There is a project that was created for testing and the person who created it we no longer have contact with and it is this person who has the administrator password for this test project. I would like to know if there is any way to export this project to another SITE that I am an administrator?
