Hello,
I have been asked to allow users to use the Jira Cloud application for Microsoft Teams. We have policies to control what apps users can install so for now there is a small test group that can place the Jira Cloud App on their teams.
However, when clicking Sign In after adding the app we get the error;
! Something Went Wrong. Please Try Again
Any insight into this sign-in issue? I have tried creating AD groups, syncing to Azure and assiging the Jira Cloud enteprise app msteams.altlassian.com to that group but still cannot sign in.
I am getting a log in error each time that I try to sign in, but it is only a problem on the chat tab, the other tabs (issues, info) work fine. Any thoughts here?

So what I did was I went to Jira on my web browser, logged in, and clicked on Apps. then I searched for Teams and I just flowed from there. Initially, I tried adding Jira from the Teams app but was getting the same error you got. Hope this helps!

Followed that route but still no luck - opened this link https://teams.microsoft.com/l/app/aa183fd9-7104-46c4-af9f-9ee9b81d717e?source=store-copy-link and it opened teams but in the same loop unfortunately.
