We use the Jira connector as a way to inform case assignee's about any new cases, updates on cases (posted by other users or our auto case creation tool from sensors).
I'd like to exclude it from sending anything that is done by the assignee, rather than now where you can edit fields on the case and get numerous uneccessary notifications for things you've just done.
This reduces the overall effectiveness of this notificiation tool as users either mute the channel to reduce self-notifications or miss things due to being drowned out.
I wondered if anyone had any suggestions on how this could be carried out?
