I would like to ask the community if it is possible to set up an incoming mail server in Jira to access a specific MS 365 group.
A bit of background:
We have set up groups in MS365 with dedicated emails for special purposes, e.g. a group for a special customer or a special project. What I would like to do is, get all the emails sent to this group into Jira.
As of right now, I am using a shared mailbox and I forward all emails of this group to that mailbox and let Jira read that. Working, but not ideal.
It would be much easier to set up an incoming mail server with a user that has access to that group and specify the group I want to read emails from within the mailhandler.
Maybe someone has an idea?
