Need help in finding ways to measure product team & engineering team separately, if we are using Kanban methodology.

By default, Kanban boards have a list of reports available so you can track your team: Reports for Kanban projects

 

These reports can not be customized, for that additional reports (e.g. Gantt Chart Report, Timesheet Report, Jira SQL Plugin) are available for download from the Atlassian Marketplace.
