Message ID in rule execution log (send mail action)

Hi,

When i look in the log generated by a rule execution, i find the information about the send mail action:

Send email

Successfully sent email for issues (with message ids):

GDDP-1311 (2c677d2c-8389-41be-bef0-b9a3aaed9dd4)

is it possible and how to use the message id  displayed  to view the message sent to the user or any more détails about this message (destinataire, copy ) ?

No, it's not possible to see the email you sent. You (we) don't have access to that kind of logs unfortunately. There is an issue in progress which you can watch https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JSDCLOUD-4698 but this is only for JSM. Are you indeed interested only for JWM?
