Menu "JIRA User Server" is missing

I'm trying to set up in Cruсible Connecting to JIRA for user management.

According to the documentation, go to Administration -> User management -> JIRA User Server.
I managed to find the Settings-> User menu (from the home page). But I've never found the menu Jira User Server :(

Hi Dmitry,

The documentation linked is for Server only, it does not apply to JIRA Cloud.

"This page does not apply to JIRA Cloud; you can't use JIRA Software Cloud to manage your FishEye users."

There is no link also in the self hosted server...
