Menu Automation not found for project of type Software

hello ,

I can found the automation menu for a service desk projet(in the project settings menu ) but for a software project it can't fount if in the project settings menu.

How create a rule for a software project ?

JSM has some automation out of the box but Software does not.

If you need automation for software you need the plugin Automation for Jira. Do you have that and is it active?

Hi @[deleted]  - There is a free app for Automation for Jira called Lite and a fully functional paid one called Automation for Jira Pro.
