recently i found our tag @User in the description seems not working from jira issue collector.
we are using this format in the template:
[~xxxx@xxx.com]
it seems not working anymore, any ideas would be appreciated.
Hello @Ming.Il.Li,
Welcome to the Atlassian Community!
Testing on my local site, I was able to replicate the same issue. It’s actually been a while since mentioning using email [~name@domain.com] is not supported in Jira, but it’s possible using the account id.
Using [~name@domain.com]
Using [~accountid:1a234a56789a1234a5aa678a]
I searched for similar cases and also bugs/features, but didn’t find anything specific for the issue collector.
Please, test using the account id instead of email and let us know how it goes.
Kind regards,
Angélica
