For the last few days I am no longer able to mention my coworker in tickets she has already responded to. What could be the issue?

Just for a batter understanding of the issue, I would like to know what happens after you type @ and start typing your coworker's name.
Is it not showing the name on the list?
Is it showing any error when you select the name?
Also, is it happening when you try to mention other users?

I am not able to find anyone when I type the "@". Nothing pops up at all.

Are you the only user facing this issue?
Can you test using your browser in incognito mode and also test using another browser?

Hey @Angélica Luz I am back! Apparently our admin made some changes to some user permission groups and forgot to add me to the one that would enable mentions?? Either way, I am back and appreciate you taking the time to help!!!
