Hi @WUPADRASTA SUBBARAO if you click on "Teams" in the top toolbar > "search people and teams," and search for the users you are looking for, do the expected users display there?
If not, perhaps they are not licensed users in your organization yet. Are you able to verify that in "User Administration" or ask your administrator to do so?
