Your iOS apps, especially the JIRA app, are amazing. I like using JIRA more in the app than on the web.
iOS Shortcut support is a game changer. Please keep expanding that!
BUT...
Why does formatting sometimes not render until I go back into a description or comment and edit it?
I’ll format descriptions with either h2. Heading Text or ## Heading Text. Sometimes it works. Sometimes it just shows the formatting as plain text. I can’t tell why.
