Mapping users data between different ActiveDirectories

DomainA AD users (DomainA\helpme) data needs to point to Domain B (DomainB\help.me).

Can anyone share me procedure or steps that needs to follow.

Note: DomainA is absolute domain, Which I don't want to use further.
