Hello team, 

I would like to know if there is a possibility to add a list of contacts (email address) from where, the creator of the client service desk tickets can choose and add this "contact" in one of the mandatory field added according to the request types. 

 

Could you please help?

Would this list of contacts be Jira users? Or just a list of email addresses from somewhere? 

Would you enter and maintain this list manually - like a select list custom field?
