Managing Project Templates Already Created

Hello - I have recently taken over for a team member that has left. He had created all of our Issue templates in a Project. I need to now manage these templates but cannot find them anywhere!

Please help!

How are these "templates" being done? (Jira doesn't have issue templates natively)

When we create an issue, we have the option on the templates:

You'll need to take a look at the docs for the add-on your are using to provide templates.
