Manage add-ons as start page for add-on administration

Is there a way to have the administration link for add-ons in JIRA go directly to the manage add-ons page instead of starting with the FIND add-ons page?

You can't do that but you can always use the 'gg' keyboard shortcut to directly go to the "Manage Add-ons" page.
