Manage Team Permissions

I can't view “Manage Team”  in Team’s permission( Team Lead and Member’s column)

I have grant myself following permissions:

• Tempo Team Administrators
• Team Leader of Team
• and have also added myself to have permissions to browse team, approve timesheet & plan time in the Tempo Default Team in the Tempo.

Could someone let me know what should be configured? Moreover while deleting any Team, its only shows processing it but actually it doesn’t delet team.

Any idea, what could be the reason? Could be installation issues?
