Manage Account - Showing less user

Actually we have 500 users in jira software while setting up Manage Account using manual option, it has exported only 193 users

Can you please help to import remaining users.

Please precise what you exactly wanna achieve and a Use case to provide you more precise answer. Your question sounds little too general.

I think it only exports active, licensed users or users within a specific directory/group, not all users in Jira.

I’d recommend checking if the missing users are:
